Special Characteristics: 
Active disposition, long legs and large humps that tend to be cervico-thoracic due to the sanga influence.
Main Location: 
Maintained by the Barka and Beni-Amir tribes in the lowlands of western Eritrea and neighbouring areas of the Sudan and Ethiopia.
Origin: 
Descended originally from the first introductions of zebu from West Asia, but appear to have some sanga background as appears from long legs and cervico-thoracic hump.
